Captain Bill “Z” is a Licensed Coast Guard Captain fully
insured. He holds an OUPV and Master Inland License. Bill is
also a member of the Coastal Bend Guides Association and is
in accordance with all DOT/USCG rules and regulations. In
addition Captain Bill is a Certified Captain/Guide and
member of the International Game Fish Association. Bill
practices catch and release of trophy fish to preserve the
natural fisheries of the Texas Coast. |
